A friend in need...

Blogging has been sporadic lately. It seems that my hands are full and out of all things, the one thing that I love, has taken a back seat!
There are times when you need that extra push, that motivation and encouragement to keep going and this time it came from a very dear friend of mine, R! She just sternly rejected my idea of giving up blogging! She said that there is no way I can quit blogging and disappoint so many of my readers!
So here I am, all refreshed, rejuvenated and re motivated! May be I still will be a little irregular but I promise you will keep seeing me every now and then!
Thanks a ton R and all my lovely readers and followers who have been there for me all along!

Spirit of Spring...

At last, after a very long winter, it is time for the cherry blossom, it is time for warm, sunny days.
Just when everyone is in the spirit of spring and my heart is craving for some outdoor activities and a handsome dose of sunshine, my body refuses to do so!
Why? Because of my allergies!
Whether or not spring is on time, my allergies creep up right on time every year hindering me from celebrating the spirit of spring!
But no, my friends, it ain't that easy!!
Zyrtec, Claritin and everything else needed to combat my allergy attacks and I'm out and about, posing amidst the greenery!

Printed...

Print mixing has never been my 'thing' as I always feel that too much prints seem to consume my petite structure but that does not mean I do not take chances!
The print on  this denim is so tiny that it seems almost non-existent from a distance and the top does not have an all over print- just a fun, mirrored print on the front.
Anyone, who is scared of sporting the print mixing trend, like me, I would recommend to do it in little doses like mixing a big print with a tiny one or maybe sticking to just one print on either the top or bottom and then add some printed accessories like bag, shoes, scarf or even a printed belt.

Eyeing the Eyelet...

I have been eyeing the eyelet dresses for sometime now and I found this fun, vibrant orange one at Old Navy!
Its simple lines and fit highlight the all over cut out pattern. They have a plethora of colors to chose from and I had a hard time choosing between the orange and the yellow!
